The application process takes about 15 minutes.
* You will need a valid form of identification.
* Know your household size.
* Approximate Annual Income.
* Have a Valid mailing address ( No Shelters or Rehabilitation Centers)

After your application is approved you will receive a welcome call, cards will come in the mail, and you are active to use your policy at the beginning of the following month.
